Louie believes that a child’s early years are formative, shaping the foundation for a lifetime of learning and success. With this in mind, she collaborates closely with our team of passionate educators to design enriching and developmentally appropriate programs that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and promote a love for learning.
As a centre manager, Louie sees herself as mentor and partner in children’s early learning journeys. Her warm and approachable demeanour ensures open communication with families, creating creative collaborative relationships that enhance the overall experience for both children and families.
